Kate Winslet-Polanski, applause and laughter for the cult scene in "Carnage"
Kate Winslet, the beautiful and buxom actress oscar for Titanic, return to the screen with the new film by Roman Polanski, Carnage, presented yesterday at the 68esima Exhibition d ’ Venice Film Festival. Thunderous applause and laughter are the result of ’ approval of the work of the Director and the stellar cast, particularly for a scene in which Kate vomits in the living room. Carnage film fun and irreverent, taken from a pice of Yasmina Reza's play French: two families, two mothers and two fathers, seek to remedy such a spat between the two young men their children. The film was shot in real time, as it reads as a theatre, with a single camera and four characters locked in a room for 79 minutes. In that space cramped gather decent people that defend children lose the brackets and will be nearly racial and anti-Semitic themes.
Kate Winslet just one of the Academy Awards in the film; to assist us are Christoph Waltz, Jodie Foster and John c. Reilly. The plot diverges from the original theatrical pice only at the end, when the two boys reconcile. The beautiful Rose of Titanic says that was very fun to work with Roman Polanski, and that no one ever made trouble for the sex scandal that involved the forced to leave the USA. The film was, in fact, completely shot in an apartment in Paris, although set in New York.
In Carnage, you ride in more occasions, but the most hilarious scene and sent the audience into raptures was one in which Kate vomits in the living room of the couple's apartment ’ antagonist, scene destined to become a real cult. According to Kate Winslet, who holds the ’ Oscar in bathroom to allow guests to tighten it and touching it without problems, this scene was the most fun I've ever shot. A star-studded cast for Roman Polanski who tries to remove its not pi candida reputation.
